• Customer Support Throughout the Process

All services are subject to the applicable fees and IRS requirements.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before we begin processing your ITIN application.
• All prices are listed in USD and processed securely through Stripe.
• We accept payments via credit/debit card and other approved methods.
• Any IRS or government fees associated with your application are the client's responsibility.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

• If ITIN Connect has not initiated the service request.
• If there is an error on our part preventing the service from being completed.
• If a client cancels before the service process has begun.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• IRS or government filing fees paid on your behalf.
• Services that have been processed, partially completed, or submitted to the IRS.
• IRS rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
• Any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information for all service applications.
• Clients must comply with all IRS regulations and applicable laws.
• ITIN Connect is not responsible for any legal or compliance issues arising from false or misleading information provided by the client.
• Clients are responsible for keeping their contact information updated to receive timely notifications.

Service Limitations & Liability

• ITIN Connect does not provide legal, financial, or tax advisory services. Clients should consult licensed professionals where necessary.
• We do not guarantee IRS approval of any ITIN application; the final decision rests entirely with the IRS.
• ITIN Connect is not responsible for delays caused by the IRS, postal services, or incomplete documentation.
• In no event shall ITIN Connect be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

• ITIN Connect maintains the confidentiality of all client information. Client data is securely stored and used solely for the purpose of providing services.
• ITIN Connect does not sell, rent, or disclose client information to third parties except as required by law.
• Clients are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and must notify ITIN Connect immediately if they suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All website content, branding, logos, and materials provided by ITIN Connect are the intellectual property of ITIN Connect.
• Clients may not copy, distribute, or use ITIN Connect's proprietary content without prior written consent.

Termination of Services

ITIN Connect reserves the right to terminate services under the following conditions:

• If a client violates any terms outlined in this document.
• If fraudulent or misleading information is provided.
• If the request is deemed non-compliant with applicable laws.
